These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rhodabode Apartments (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the booking of shortlet apartments through our website, mobile application, or related services (“Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment via Paystack or other approved payment methods.
Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are subject to Paystack’s terms, conditions, and security measures.
We do not store your full payment card details.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Guest cancellations: Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy stated for each apartment. Some bookings may be non-refundable.
Host cancellations: If an apartment becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and provide an alternative or issue a full refund.
Refunds (where applicable) may be processed via Paystack and may take [X] business days.
4. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in and check-out times will be communicated during booking.
Late check-outs may attract additional charges.
Guests must provide valid identification at check-in if required.
5. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to use the apartment lawfully and not engage in illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities.
You are responsible for maintaining the apartment in good condition.
Any damages, theft, or loss caused during your stay may result in additional charges.
The maximum number of occupants must not exceed what is stated in the apartment type.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Use the property for parties, subletting, or commercial purposes without permission.
Engage in unlawful activities, including fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime.
Attempt to bypass security or misuse our website or payment systems.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay
Loss of personal belongings or valuables
Service interruptions due to force majeure (e.g., power outages, strikes, natural disasters)
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Rhodabode Apartments or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without our written consent.
9. Privacy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our Services if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
