An exquisitely finished 3 bedroom(all rooms ensuite) clean house, intentionally done to give our guests an unforgettable experience and a feel of home away from home. It is furnished with internet friendly television sets, cable tv, fast and efficient wifi, standby generator, solar powered inverter, air conditioning units, water heaters, fully equipped kitchen, and more. Housekeeping – once a week for long stay guests. Free access to swimming pool and a gym within 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

House Rules ( Please read carefully )

• Check-in time: from 2pm
• Check-Out Time: 11am.
• It is a NON- SMOKING apartment, violation attracts #20,000 surcharge. ( Smoking is allowed at the outdoor areas only )
• Additional sleepover person’s attracts #20,000/ person/ night.
• Damaged or missing item(s) will be charged .
• No loud noise or parties
• It is a DIY apartment, one complementary cleaning once every 5days for long staying guest. Cleaning request outside this schedule is at a token.
• Do your dishes please.
• Kindly take out your trash daily
• Cleaning time is between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
• Please turn off all electrical appliances when stepping out of the apartment.
• Please leave details of any expected/exiting visitor(s) with the door man
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at fee; for this 3 bedroom apartment is #10,000 per hour.
• Payment signifies agreement to abide by all the rules stated.
