- It is a DIY apartment, one complementary cleaning once every 5days for long staying guest. Cleaning request outside this schedule is at a token.

- Kindly take out your trash daily
- Cleaning time is between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Saturday.
- Please turn off all electrical appliances when stepping out of the apartment.
- Please leave details of any expected/exiting visitor(s) with the door man
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and at fee; for this 1 bedroom apartment is #7,500 per hour.
- Payment signifies agreement to abide by all the rules stated.
